Fidencio Roque Jr. BIO
With over 20 years of experience in aviation maintenance, I have built my career on a foundation of technical excellence, safety, and continuous learning. I am an FAA Certificated Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic (A&P) with Inspection Authorization (IA) and currently serve as a Technical Instructor for a Fortune 500 Aerospace manufacture. In this role, I have the privilege of training and mentoring aviation maintenance professionals, helping them develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in the industry.
Outside of my career, I have been happily married to my wife, Marissa for more than 20 years. Together we are raising our two sons, Adrian and Miguel, who are my greatest source of pride and inspiration. I enjoy taking my wife on dates, mentoring my sons as they grow into men of character, and coaching youth sports, where I strive to instill the values of teamwork, discipline, respect, and perseverance. Where in the classroom, on the field, or at home, I am passionate about investing in others, leading by example, and making a positive impact in every role I serve.
